- Free dental exams every six months
- Free x-rays every six months
- Free adult or kids cleaning every six months

- 25% off all treatments (excludes orthodontics)
- $45 sealants for adults and children
- $25 emergency consultation

What Does Membership Cost?
- Kids Smile Club Membership: $160 per year (6–17 years old)
- Adults Smile Club Membership: $310 per year
